LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Firearms and firearm parts are dangerous weapons and are sold by us with the specific understand that we are not responsible in any manner whatsoever for their safe handing or resale under any laws or regulations. Yashar Industries LLC shall not be responsible in any manner for malfunctioning for the firearm (or other product) for the physical injury or for property damage.  It is the user’s responsibility to understand their firearm enough to ensure its safe operations.  The limitation of liability include:

1. Intentional or negligent discharge.
2. Improper or careless handling
3. Unauthorized modification
4. Defective, improper, reloaded, or non-standard ammunition
5. Corrosion
6. Neglect or abuse
7. Other influences beyond our direct or immediate control

This limitation applies regardless of whether other liability is asserted on the basis of contract, negligence or strict liability (including failure to war).  Under no circumstances shall Yashar Industries LLC be liable, whether in contract, negligence, or strict liability, for incidental, or consequential damages, such as loss of property, commercial loss and loss of earnings or profits.
